  1. While you have a few in your possession, try simply soaking them in a nice tequila. We did it on a whim, and the flavor balance ended up being extremely on point.
    Although we never got around to it, we wanted to design a drink with them. I pickled some to preserve them, but the process just killed the nice green color. Maybe long-term preservation in pure tequilla would be better… like a vegetarian worm.
