This is a 12" x 20" sheet of dehydrated bbq sauce.
Sweet Baby Ray's– straight out of the bottle. Spread on silpat, 130F. 8 hours.
Pliable when warm, brittle when cool. Fun stuff.
I'd love to see what an artist/sculptor could do with this.
