bbq sheet playingwithfireandwaterofficial foodcraft, inspiration October 12, 2009 1 Minute This is a 12" x 20" sheet of dehydrated bbq sauce. Sweet Baby Ray's– straight out of the bottle. Spread on silpat, 130F. 8 hours. Pliable when warm, brittle when cool. Fun stuff. I'd love to see what an artist/sculptor could do with this. It’s the kind of sculptors that Patrick Roger (who won the best chocolatier of France contest) would have made… It’s his style, only in chocolate 🙂 Looks amazing, anyway… LikeLike Reply
Wow – makes the pulled pork and ribs seem irrelevant. More to the point: what do you have up your sleeve with this? LikeLike Reply
