  1. I was actually thinking of this recently… not exactly that, but subbing the butter in chocolate cremoso with foie, like a foie ganache. I like the raisin element with it.

  2. foie i’ve had and chocolate, definitely. but never has the two met in my mouth. i once was offered foie topped with m&ms (for the hell of it) and am now wishing i didn’t turn it down. lol.
