    someone so young. And I appreciate your reports on the dining scene in
    Barcelona.
    I learned to cook before you were born, so I know the basics and have paid
    my dues. Playing with food is compulsory. Like the kid at the playground, I
    am just curiously exploring my perceived world and applying culled knowledge
    and skill into my expression of it. But most importantly, I am having fun!
